Tate loved the idea of going back to school, especially since he was going to get to ride a BIG YELLOW school bus! I was really concerned about putting my little boy on the bus and letting him find his way home. On Monday we all took Tate to the bus stop. He jumped right on, found a seat, and waved good-bye to us! (snif, snif) He wasn't even scared! I tolerated it all so much better knowing he was excited and comfortable going. I rode the
bus home with him the first day, it was fun! Tate got off at his stop and walked home with Amber but I continued on to help all the other kids find their way home- I was on that bus for almost 2 hours!! There were kids that were crying, sweating, and even one little girl was about to loose her breakfast! I felt so bad for these cute little kids! The bus driver, Cal, was really cute to the kids and made sure to check them closely to make sure everyone got home safe :) I am so proud of my little boy, he is growing up so fast!

Yay! So fun to see you bloggin! Tate is such a cutie, so glad he's liking school. TJ told me you were riding the bus, thanks so much for helping! 2 hours, argh! BTW, love the picture of Tate in the bus window. My bus picture didn't turn out nearly as cute.
